Paul Joseph

Master mariner with twenty years of maritime experience. He led ports and shipping department for a major electricity producer. Created a profitable dry bulk desk at a boutique ship broking company which was solely reliant on tanker projects. Worked for the worlds largest technical manager overseeing operations on bulk carriers, loggers, oil tankers, petro/chemical tankers, gas carrier. He also has sound knowledge of multi modal transport - containers, road & rail freight, cassette system (ro ro), river barges and have assisted in optimising inbound and outbound logistics at large industrial plants. Holds a specialist masters in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School.

Tesmi Jose

Geophysicist with over thirteen years experience working in the oil industry and academia. She has broad experience of core geophysical techniques including geophysical analysis and rock properties integration (AVO, lithology/ fluid properties, gather modelling, well ties etc.), geohazards, seismic interpretation, seismic inversion and seismic processing optimisation. She has worked on major oil fields in North Sea, Angola, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Libya etc. on various projects ranging from exploration, production through to decommissioning. From her doctoral research days at National Oceanographic Centre, Southampton and work with an oil major, she was actively involved in offshore field operations working onboard vessels involved in seismic acquisition as well as drill ships and oil platforms. She was part of the UNCLOS team at NGRI Hyderabad working on Indian margins.
